As NLP Trainers we need to recognize that a student will have a different map of the world to the trainer and will need guiding into new territory in a structured way to enable optimum learning.
During NLP Trainer’s Training we teach new trainers how to structure sessions to appeal to a variety of learning styles in order to engage all students. Each session is put together in such a way that students understand the purpose of the topic, what it is, how it works and how it can be applied. There will be a mixture of listening, discussing and actively testing learning. The system we use is drawn from education based on Bernice McCarthy’s 4 Mat system.
What feedback would you give the trainer from the example in our last post?
